At SDC SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used
- Personal care items once opened
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
