Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and supplier availability.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.  
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.

Delays  
SDC SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by:  
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)  
- Customs processing (for international orders)  
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses  

Incorrect Address  
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
SDC SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
